You can rest assured that your family's safety is our priority. We have implemented the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness. We would like to share the additional measures that we are taking to keep you safe.
Daily Health & Safety Precautions:
• If your child is showing respiratory symptoms (coughing, runny nose, sore throat, etc), we kindly ask you to stay at home until fully recovered
• Staff will routinely clean and disinfect tables, toys, & touched surfaces
• Staff & children will wash our hands before & after every activity (alcohol gels are also available)
• All staff, teachers, and part-times are fully vaccinated
• Each room has 1 air purifier (3 air purifiers in total)

Terms & Conditions
1. Please kindly pick up your little ones no later than 10 minutes after camp ends. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will automatically send your child to our Drop-In Fun Service. Camp Kids Rate: 100 baht per 15 minutes to 1 hour (this is a special discount as our regular rate is 200 Baht for the first hour and 100 Baht for each succeeding hour or half an hour). Children will be released ONLY to the person who dropped them off unless the other names of parent/guardian are registered in our database.
2. Refunds – we are not able to offer a refund once payment has been made. Instead, we will credit the amount paid for use in the next following Little Pea camp being offered. Missed Days – we cannot guarantee any makeup classes for missed days of the camp. If cancelling is done less than 24 hours before or in the morning of the camp, one day’s worth of camp will be charged or deducted from the remaining credit. Unused Camp Credit – cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts or offers in the camp being offered.
**In special, extenuating circumstances - a refund minus 30% of the paid amount will be considered on a case by case basis.
3. Little Pea welcomes all children. If your child requires special attention (either physical, developmental or behavioral/emotional i.e., physical disability, low vision, limited hearing, on autism spectrum, learning disabilities, developmental delays), please kindly inform Little Pea Team during registration. We are happy to discuss specifics, so we can plan accordingly.
4. Little Pea Kids Commons shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the clothing or property of the child while in camp or other classes.
a. For safety and hygienic reasons, we ask that you refrain from bringing in your child’s own personal toys.
b. Please dress your little ones in clothing that you wouldn’t mind them getting dirty in.
c. Please have them wear socks (with grippers on the bottom, if possible).
d. Except for leak-proof water bottles, NO outside food and drinks allowed at the Little Pea and theCOMMONS kitchen.
5. If your little ones misbehave, we’ll be in touch ☺ Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If we find any child hurting or bullying other kids or damaging Little Pea Kids Commons’ property, parents will be notified immediately and shall be responsible for replacing any damaged items.
6. Children are not allowed unsupervised or without any parent/guardian at the following areas: outdoor play area, wonder wall area, Reception and Pea Play area after classes.
7. If your little one is sick, leave them at home please. For the well-being of everyone, please refrain from bringing a child that’s unwell into the Little Pea.
8. No medication shall be administered by the Little Pea Kids Commons staff, except for First Aid care during minor accidents and emergency CPR/Choking First Aid. Should any occasion arise requiring the child to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment of any kind and for any reason regardless of cause, and contact with the parent has not been possible, your permission to act as temporary guardian is required by the Little Pea Kids Commons in order to avoid any delay in such treatment being received, in the understanding that Little Pea Kids Commons will be held blameless from any situation arising from such treatment.
